Islamic divorce mediation & arbitration
A civil divorce and an Islamic divorce are two separate processes. We help you complete both, with less conflict and lower cost than going to court.
Who this is for
- Couples who want a fair, private settlement
- Spouses who need a Khula, Talaq or Faskh documented
- Families in Texas, other U.S. states and abroad
- Attorneys whose clients need the religious side handled
Divorce mediation & arbitration
Compassionate dispute resolution for balanced settlements on property, mahr, spousal and child support, and parenting. Agreements are written to meet religious requirements and state requirements, ready for you or your attorney to file with the court.
Khula, Talaq & Faskh documentation
Islamic divorce documentation prepared for religious compliance, so you have a clear written record of your Islamic divorce alongside your civil decree.
Common questions
Is the agreement legally binding?
Settlement agreements are drafted to meet the requirements of the state involved. Enforcement stays with the courts, and we encourage each party to have their own attorney review the agreement.
Do both spouses have to agree to use IAMS?
Yes. Mediation and arbitration are voluntary. If the other party hasn’t agreed yet, reach out and we’ll explain how to invite them.
We don’t live in Texas. Can you still help?
Yes. We work with families in other states and countries, and sessions can be held by video.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and Spanish.
