IAMS is a private alternative dispute resolution provider. Parties choose to work with us, and every agreement we prepare is written to comply with the laws of the state or country involved. Enforcement of any agreement or award stays with the courts. IAMS is not a law firm and does not give legal advice; we encourage each party to consult their own attorney.
