Fariah Amin

Licensed to practice in both New York State and the State of Texas, Ms. Amin is an expert in Divorce and Family Law. Most Notably, Ms. Amin has over 13 years of litigation experience in both state and appellate courts. Ms. Amin has participated in and completed hundreds of trials, advocating zealously and relentlessly for her clients. Ms. Amin also has extensive experience litigating cases against Child Welfare agencies.

More specifically, Ms. Amin has handled complex financial divorces, paternity matters, custody battles, child support cases, has assisted clients obtain protective orders and defend against them as well.
