Kinza Khan

Kinza Khan is a licensed attorney in Illinois, where she has been practicing law for over 10 years. Kinza’s practice areas include domestic violence, family law, orders of protection, prenuptial agreements, and human rights. She currently serves as Vice President of the Muslim Bar Association of Chicago.

Kinza holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in International Studies with a minor in Islamic Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Kinza is a court-certified mediator and a proponent of alternative dispute resolution methods. She has obtained the 40 hour domestic violence training certification. In addition to her legal work, Kinza is an advocate for culturally and trauma-informed legal care, particularly for clients from South Asian and Muslim communities. She is also currently enrolled at The Majlis Seminary for Islamic Studies.
