Sheikh Ibrahim Cisse holds a Master of Science Degree in Shariah from Al Azhar University where he was awarded Most Distinguished Scholar and originally from Senegal. He currently serves as Imam at Masjid Ousman in Texas City, Texas. Sheikh Ibrahim Cisse is the son of Sheikh Hasan Cisse and the grandson of Sheikh Ibrahim Niasse who were prolific figures in West Africa and the greater Muslim World.
